Happy Birthday, Noah.
He hasn't posted much but he's a great guy even if he is a "youngster". Have you gotten to 30 yet?
Noah opened up his house to us a number of years ago for a mini-fest. Great host, lots of beer, food, gear, Doro, Al, and the gang! Good tunes. And I also had a chance to pick up my SDAs from the Lightman1 express! lol
Good times!Currently orbiting Bowie's Blackstar.!

Yeah, haven't seen him on much recently (past 2 years) but he's a great guy.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY NOAH!!!
Taken from a recent Audioholics reply regarding "Club Polk" and Polk speakers:
"I'm yet to hear a Polk speaker that merits more than a sentence and 60 seconds discussion."
My response is: If you need 60 seconds to respond in one sentence, you probably should't be evaluating Polk speakers.....

Oh hey, Ken... thanks! Sorry I didn't stop in on the actual day. Was just surfing around and thought I'd polk around and see what's going on in here these days.
Man, that little mini-fest was... interesting. Lightman and I got pretty good and tuned up after the rest of y'all left. I seem to recall being pretty good and tuned up by the time we took a break for lunch, actually.
I learned a lot from that gathering. Like, don't ever do it again unless you have space to set up more than one rig at a time. And that Polkies are pretty awesome, and will drive a long way for a small gathering just to hang out and listen to music. Oh yeah, and doro and Al will step up and basically run a gathering for a guy who was completely not prepared. Chalk that one up for experience.
And MuncyBob, cnh; good to see you guys! cnh - I am still a year shy of 30. I've got one more year before I have to actually start being an adult, right?Ludicrous gibs! -
I got a bit "tuned up" with Lightman myself when he flew cross country to join us an a GTG here in Seattle a few years ago. Cool guy and good times...

I had too far to drive to get tuned at Noah's, but I do recall that my Allman Bros. cd never sounded so good as that day....but I'm working on it.Yep, my name really is Bob.

There was a lot of ridiculous gear in my house that day. I think my property values doubled for a short time.Ludicrous gibs!
