Hey guys, Audio Advisor has a little sale on the Pangea HP 101 Headphone Amp. Anyone had any experience with this? Was going to post in headphones, but thought it would get more views here in Electronics, and also some of the headphones guys.
supposed to be a hybrid tube/solid state unit with Cirrus DAC

it looks good but, I have not heard it yet. A + for audio advisor, you can return things - shipping without any issues.Klipsch The Nines, Audioquest Thunderbird Interconnect, Innuos Zen MK3 W4S recovery, Revolution Audio Labs USB & Ethernet, Border Patrol SE-I, Audioquest Niagara 5000 & Thunder, Cullen Crossover II PC's.

cool, thanks. I've not yet purchased from Audio Advisor, and didn't know they had a good return policy.
I've been interested in trying out a headphone amp/dac for a while now, something to add to the headphone experience at the office.I disabled signatures. -
This little gem in now on sale for $99 through Amazon and Audio Advisors. I assume "looks pretty pricey" was when it was $250. It's now on sale for $99 and on its way to me. I own a bunch of Pangea cables and am VERY please with the quality for the price. I love deals and I think this is going to be a real good one. H ave been dealing with Audio Advisors for years and they are top notch.

Yeah, I saw that and it got me thinking on it again too. When are you supposed to receive it? Would be interested to hear what you think.I disabled signatures.

Had it for a month now and it is real sweet. Powers AKG 702s and Beyerdynamic DT 990 Pros with ease. It's on sale again for $99. I am not going to use 100 flowery adjectives to describe the soound. All I can say is you can't go wrong at this price point. Negatives-Not for tube rolling as the tube is difficult to remove and there is no sensitivity toggle switch. Other than that, I love it.
