    Sad. He was on my TV every Friday growing up and my kids watched it on DVD and reruns all the time.....

    Huge character actor back in his days.He had small parts in numerous movies (many westerns) from the 1950's , eventually finding more tv shows in the 1960's. I think I saw him on some Twilight Zone episodes back in the early 60's. Many more shows followed. The Dukes of Hazzard show will be the one he's remembered for best. R.I.P. James!
