I recently purchased a set of RTA 12b floor standers and the fuses for the tweeter were missing. Wondered if anyone knew what size I need there. Also, two of the sr 142/17 drivers have very small tears in the surrounds and I wondered what the best way is to repair the rubber, or if anyone knew where to find two replacement speakers. Thanks for your help.

    groovelation:

The fuses currently used are the 'AGC' type, fast blow, 1A (one amp), and are 1 1/4 inch in length. Straight from Polk 2 weeks ago.

Sorry I don't understand what 'sr 142/17 drivers' are?

The tweeter is normally a SL1000 and the mid-woofer should be their MW6501's.

Polk Audio seller both new, the mid-woofer is $48 each with free s/h (for club members).

It seems a number of people have used speakers available as myself. The MW6500, 6501, 6510 should all work great in your 12b's.
