    The Musical Fidelity M1 SDAC functioned as my preamp before.

    Long story short, there is a quality issue with the M1 SDAC...

    The Xbox is offline only right now. I need to run a hardwire to it, and I've been so slammed at work, I just have not taken the time...

    Initial impressions are very positive. The analog section in this thing blows the SDAC out of the water. Revealing and more forward. Excellent separation and control.

    I have not put the DAC to the test yet. Hopefully Friday.

    The P5 is a very nice pre.

    Not trying to hijack the thread but I am going to be putting mine up for sale over the next week. So be on the look out if you are interested in one. BTW its silver.
