Center cost more?

I have a pair of RTi-A9s getting the crossovers modified. If you divide the cost I paid for the both of them, it will cost me plus $100 to modify the CSiA6. Why does the center cost more to modify maybe due to what the midrange does in the center channel? Help me understand this. I am new to crossover design but, the entire process intrigues me and any info helps.

VR3 did a great job on mine and I haven't sold them. I'm moving to the LSiM's because I'm listening to music more these days.
Why are you posting this? Why don't you just ask Tray why it cost more???Anaheim Hills CA,

I have bothered poor Trey enough and I am like a kid again waiting on him to get the mods done. Probably going to take a month and me I listen to mostly two channel. I just wanted to see how the center cost more and know there are many people who might know the answer.

It likely has to do with the labor involved. When I did my RTiA7's and CSiA6, the CSiA6 was a PITA because of the limited space compared to the A7's.Political Correctness'.........defined

Thank you that is a very reasonable answer.
