Hi guys. Due to a few recent downfalls in my life I'm forced to sell my 4 month old Cherry Polk LSi15s and LSiC speakers. They are in 100% MINT condition with MAYBE 20 hours of total time on them at very very low listening levels. Moved into a townhouse and my neighbor has two small children so I've never listened to them at high volumes. Have original packaging and manuals which I don't believe have ever been opened. Could arrange to ship the speakers or local pickup is fine. If you are interested I can take a few pictures and host them on the net for you to view.

Right now I'm taking offers on them and the first decent offer I get I will take. I pay for private college out of pocket and have to take a 1.5 month leave from work due to needing knee surgery, and my leave will be unpaid :( That's the main reason for selling. Once I get a house of my own in the next few years I'll purchase new speakers, but for the time being speakers like this deserve to be listened to, so I wish someone who will play these speakers to their full potential will take them.

Feel free to reply here or PM me and I'll get back to you as soon as possible. Thanks for taking the time to read this and I look forward to any responses :)

-Christian

    Hey guys. I'll get some pics taken tomorrow when I have some free time. Just got home and it's dark out so the lighting is pretty bad.

    Just my luck. Had a few other important things come up and never got around to getting the pictures taken. Been at my new job for 6 straight days and finally have tomorrow off (Wed) and will DEFINATELY get the pictures taken then. Sorry if this has caused any inconvenience.

    Guys, help a dummy out - what is the significant difference between the LSi15 and LSi25. I recently purchased LSi-9, LSi-FX, and LSi-C but I am using SDA-1 for the front towers and need to upgrade to either the 15 or 25's. I can't see the difference of nearly double the price.

    Mazeroth - any idea about what your looking to get out of these? PM me, I may be interested if the shipping doesn't kill me!

    The 25's have a powered sub built into each speaker, the 15's do not.

    I am also interested in the LSiC if Leo falls through. I would need shipping to 01550. Please let me know what your price would be.

    A lot of these For Sale offer need to be purged. Now that anything posted here show up on the Google search, even more so, otherwise noobs get all giddy without paying attention to the posting date. You would think it's blatantly obvious..
    I am sorry, I have no opinion on the matter. I am sure you do. So, don't mind me, I just want to talk audio and pie.

    I think there is still value to some of the old FS threads. For one thing some people chime in with good background information on the product(s) being sold. And some sellers reference the old thread that they originally bought the item in (which again is usually because it had useful information and a string of discussion).

    Not sure how the date is blatantly obvious-but it should be checked--Although I can certainly understand when the second, and on, person(s) reply recently thinking it might be a new thread. Especially since the month and day of the last posts are within reason (within a day of today's date) and its not too much of a stretch to see that a quick glance at 2004 could be mistakenly seen as 2009.

    What actually probably needs to happen, is for somebody to ensure that all old threads where the item is sold is updated FOR SALE (if its marked) to show SOLD. Or after a certain amount of time the FS thread simply expires and automatically changes from to ARCHIVE or something and perhaps lock the thread. I don't know if that's possible with this board but thought I'd suggest it.

    Of course going back and updating all those old thread would be a very laborious task and would probably require a volunteer to do it. Archiving (if possible) perhaps via script and a certain date would be much easier (at least based on the last date a thread was posted in for starters).

    Simmer down, old timer!!!

    Oh, wait, Sept '08--Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm:eek::eek::D:D:D:D:D

    I don't see how this is such a big deal. It happens once in a while, deal with it. More important is checking the date if you search in the FS forum, as you never know how far back the thread is that you find.
