Difference in the Monitor 7 Series

I looked online to little to no avil, I was wondering if someone could explain the difference between Polk Monitory 7's the 7b and the 7c? Is it just the time they were released and the tweeter that is different?

Yes tweeters may have changed and slight variations on the crossover components. You can look at the different schematics in the thread that is toward the top of the vintage speaker section.

I think the tweeters changed between the models. I believe the first model used the peerless tweeter. The second model used the SL2000 and the last model used the SL2500. I am guessing on the first model peerless tweeter but looking at the schematics the caps and coils are different between the tweeters. They all used the same MW6502 mid driver. The last model being the most different in the X-over components and also getting rid of the fuse on the tweeter.
