PC Ultra or PC 2000?

Options
I currently have 2 SVS subs in my set up, but the PB10 is not enough help for the 16-46 since my new room is much larger than my old room. So, there is a PC Ultra (older model with the 12" driver and 525 Bash amp) on ebay, and, I spoke to SVS and they recommended a PC 2000 from their oulet. Not sure which way to go - older ultra driver or new sub that's tuned to 16 hz like my 16-46, but not an ultra, and at least $200 more.

Anyone have any thoughts about these 2 subs and my dilemma?

Ultra's a better woofer, but there have been BASH amp failures in the past so you just gotta weigh that into the equation.

Normally I'd say Ultra all day but the PC2000 looks impressive. Plus it's new with a warranty and a 45 day return policy with free shipping...
