Troubles with the Surroundbar 2000

I got my sound bar for Christmas. It was great to hookup and easily went to working. However two month later, yesterday we turned it on, as usual, and it didn't come on. However, the on green/blue button and the off red button are alternating on and off. I have tried to turn off both with the remote and manually, as well as unplugging and plugging back in. Nothing has worked. Im super bummed. We love it. Help!!!

So, my soundbar 2000 is silent, with the flashing red. Also, I can't even turn it on when it started to flash red ??? ( power adapter is powered) It had been working great.
