4 Shot Boom Mic UK customer

I recently bought the 4shot, after reading the reviews online as I was looking for a good xbox one gaming headset and this was the one I chose over the rest. after using online people were saying the mic was really bad so I looked into the boom mic being essential... even tho this piece of kit is essential make or break for the product they make it so hard to get.
im from UK and have emailed their support numerous times stating I need a contact number that I can contact from the UK and with no avail.
anyone got any ideas because at the moment im finding myself using the free xbox one mic over this.
