Is the Luxman R-117 a common ground receiver?

I have a pair of Polk SDA 2b speakers, with the pin/blade interconnect cable. They need a "Common Ground Receiver" I currently own a Pioneer SX 950 and a Luxman R-117.
Are they common ground receivers?

    If you have a multi meter it is easy to check. Check the negative posts. If 0 ohms or close to it then yes.
