I am pleased to report that the ignore feature is BACK here at CP. It is limited to 5 occupants only, but it's a start. Go to your user control panel by clicking on "Edit"; and you will find it about midway down the column on the right side.

Congrats go out to Bobt and Xcrappy for being the first occupants on my bozo-list. Well done guys.... well done indeed.

Just so long as the previous list of banned bozos was carried forward, 5 will work.

    You're welcome.

(I can't take all the credit but I did find the plug-in and send the link to Ken who reached out to Polk's IT folks.)

You can also go to the user's profile page, click the down arrow next to the "Message" button in the top right and select ignore there too.

So, previously banned members are free to troll again?

No, banned members are still banned...but if someone thats still ACTIVE was on your Ignore list, they did not carry over....

So if you IGNORED me on the old forum, you'd need to do it again here.

    Did someone say something??? ;)

Just kidding...on this forum I don't think I had anyone on my ignore list - the old powers that be banned the top trolls.

Hey John thanks for posting that!
Of course I can no longer see what you're writing...

I'd prefer not to use the ignore feature, I think I'd miss out on what little entertainment there is left here.
So, are you willing to put forth a little effort or are you happy sitting in your skeptical poo pile?

Fixed that for you because it looked like the "Kumbaya" filter wasn't working this morning. I didn't want to see you banished into the corn.

I will bring them in from the confines of the cold. lonely storage shed and give them a whirl here in the next couple weeks. First I need to get the flooring done and some final trim in my audio room.

Hey, just saw this! I still pop in once a month and lurk around. I don't have anything audio related going on right now. Keeping an eye out for a local deal on the used market (CL) for a better sub, but other than that I'm happy, thanks to everyone's help here. I just don't have that drive to upgrade to that next plateau in audio.

LOL....dang, long winter makes you impatient to get out and start busting heads. Good point on the 8t's though. John still hasn't posted a review of the pre on his own web site. C'mon John....get those fingers busy, at least while you still have some before Cathy gets there.

Because this is a Polk forum and we do have many in search of SDA's that would love a comparable to Polks more modern line up.....which you have also. ;)

Kinda thought that might be the case. lol Though the older SDA's aren't exactly wife friendly in their looks over the more current models....but they do sound good.

Let me take a stab at what your hearing.....more extension at both ends, a wider soundstage of course, but more importantly....more tonal correctness, more flesh on those notes. Am I close ?
