Now that Lent is here. It was my great pleasure to have a Walleye dinner again. Local Pub carries it once a year along with some great Perch. Anyone else been missing good fish ? Or is it just me ?

    Now that I'm getting older I probably eat fish more than I do red meat. Walleye, perch, cod and salmon....yummy! I prefer baked over fried but you can't beat fried walleye and a few beers. Enjoy your dinner.

    Sounds good nothing better than walleye and perch. I plan on a fish fry my self as soon as my Grandson and my buddy show up, the ice is 13 inches thick were bring it all the hut a fire pit lanterns tunes roasting sticks plan on making it an all-nighter then fry em up tomorrow.
