Weird Oppo 103 issue

Thursday night I resumed watching a BR from the previous night. After the TV/AVR/Oppo finished the HDMI handshake the movie continued, but in black and white. WTF is this? I power cycled everything a few times. No help. I moved the HDMI to the TV from the AVR to Oppo, but still no color. However, the Oppo menu screen displayed in color, but the movie was in black and white.
Today, I was going to swap the 103 with the 93 to verify the issue was the Oppo and not the TV, but before doing that I checked the 103 again, and now it is in color. I'm glad it is working, but that was too strange.

Good one PFB. My first reaction was you were joking about the sleep button I was accidentally pressing on my preamp remote. However, this kept nagging at me until I finally Googled the manual to see if there really is a black/white button. It turns out there is. Not.
