Need Driver for RT8 Speaker

I have a pair of RT8 speakers with one blown driver. The driver is an MW7009. The speaker still works fairly well at high volume but at low volume the bad driver has a scratchy vibrating sound. When you tap it or put your finger on it it seams to clear up. There are no visible tears. Customer service says that they no longer make this driver. Is there a currently manufactured driver that would be a close match? I would gladly buy two new matching drivers. Customer service says they don't know or would just rather I buy a new set. I hear that the RT5's and RT20P have the same driver. Does anyone have a lead on one of these speakers that I could buy and cannibalize?

It's usually the other way around.
Look on eBay for a replacement.Political Correctness'.........defined

surprisingly enough. One of my 7.5" drivers on my RT16 sounded similar but at about moderate listening levels.
There are a set of RT8 towers on eBay right now that look very good. Make offer on just the tweets and woofers he/she might accept or just buy the towers. Also, there are 2 other listing for just the driver but they look kind of janky.
Goodluck
