I contacted customer support almost a month ago regarding purchasing a replacement boom mic for my 4 shot headset. I got a message back notifying me that a customer service rep was assigned to my issue, however I have never heard from them.
I received a boom mic in the mail when they were initially sent out, but it broke and I'd like to get another one. Is there anywhere that I can purchase one of these? I've tried searching online, but have not been able to find any place that sells them.

I don't believe they're available except via Polk directly. It would be best to call them at: 1-800-377-7655 to order.
