A little more surround speaker advice!

Just wanted to get some feedback on my nearly complete set-up. Recently purchased the SONY XBR55X850B 4K tv (awesome!), upgraded my avr to a DENON AVR-X2100W, and am patiently waiting for shipment of my TSx 440t towers and the 250c center. I currently have OWM5's for the rear surround, and the OWM3's for a front 'height' channel. I would really like to NOT have a sub at this time (despite you guys insisting on one, especially for a truer movie experience!), and to avoid being 'scolded' by the wife :). What I am wondering is a.) is the DENON perfect for this set-up, and b.) would you swap out the OWM5's for a pair of TSx110b bookshelves in the back? I can still return the OWM5's, but just wondering if there would be any benefit to swapping them out, and if the receiver would still be more than ample to drive everything. Thanks!

Spec sheet says 95w with 2 channels driven. Run 7 channels and you're probably at about 40w per channel. Denon is usually really generous when they make power claims.
Running with no sub is going to make those towers really hungry. I would be really cautious with that volume knob. Would probably advise you to go higher up the AVR food chain
If you like the OWM 5's, keep them. Personally I've never cared for their sound, but again that's just a personal preference.

Safe to say then that my DENON 2100 is underpowered for my set-up? Dam, I hope not. Those Magnolia guys sure talked that receiver up to go great with my speakers. That was about my $$ limit for that piece, too. As far as the OWM5's, I guess they sound fine, but I ask myself sometimes if I'm missing anything? That's why I wonder if sending those back and getting the TSx 110's might help fill the room a little better. FYI- my theater room is only 15 x 10, and my last set-up was a DENON AVR-591 with TSi 300's and that sounded pretty freakin' nice. What should I do?

Your adding woofers. Just saying be careful with the volume. The 400's need more power than the 300's to sound as loud.
Never listened to the 110's so I really have no opinion on them.

I am actually getting the TSx440t's and TSx250c. HAD the TSi 300's with a DENON AVR-591. Sounded great. Sold them to a buddy with the rest of that series (center and sub).
