I noticed the same thing before I bought mine. It's a little taller than the CS10, maybe by an inch, and about the same length. I'll measure it and post up tonight unless someone beats me to it."Science is suppose to explain observations not dismiss them as impossible" - Norm on AA; 2.3TL's w/sonicaps/mills/jantzen inductors, Gimpod's boards, Lg Solen SDA inductors, RD-0198's, MW's dynamatted, Armaflex speaker gaskets, H-nuts, brass spikes, Cardas CCGR BP's, upgraded IC Cable, Black Hole Damping Sheet strips, interior of cabinets sealed with Loctite Power Grab, AI-1 interface with 1000VA A-L transformer

My 704C is 21 1/4" L x 9 7/16" D x 8" H. The height is with the stick on rubber feet in place."Science is suppose to explain observations not dismiss them as impossible" - Norm on AA; 2.3TL's w/sonicaps/mills/jantzen inductors, Gimpod's boards, Lg Solen SDA inductors, RD-0198's, MW's dynamatted, Armaflex speaker gaskets, H-nuts, brass spikes, Cardas CCGR BP's, upgraded IC Cable, Black Hole Damping Sheet strips, interior of cabinets sealed with Loctite Power Grab, AI-1 interface with 1000VA A-L transformer

So without the rubber feet is it 7 3/4" high as the specs show? I ask because my cabinet block out for the center is 24"W x 8"H and cannot be changed.

That sounds right, the rubber feet would add about 1/4". That's going to be a very tight fit."Science is suppose to explain observations not dismiss them as impossible" - Norm on AA; 2.3TL's w/sonicaps/mills/jantzen inductors, Gimpod's boards, Lg Solen SDA inductors, RD-0198's, MW's dynamatted, Armaflex speaker gaskets, H-nuts, brass spikes, Cardas CCGR BP's, upgraded IC Cable, Black Hole Damping Sheet strips, interior of cabinets sealed with Loctite Power Grab, AI-1 interface with 1000VA A-L transformer

Thanks. Just ordered off the bay. I have some paper thin cork pads to put help slide it in.
Our next tv will be wall mounted which will allow placement of the center atop the cabinet eliminating any future size constraints. Hopefully this is not in the near future because the tv has an excellent picture. Knocking on wood. -
If the cork is too thick a sheet of wax paper might work. BTW I love my 704C. Got it for half price during the Polk Friends and Family sale. It timber matches quite well with my modded CRS+ that I use for the front L-R mains."Science is suppose to explain observations not dismiss them as impossible" - Norm on AA; 2.3TL's w/sonicaps/mills/jantzen inductors, Gimpod's boards, Lg Solen SDA inductors, RD-0198's, MW's dynamatted, Armaflex speaker gaskets, H-nuts, brass spikes, Cardas CCGR BP's, upgraded IC Cable, Black Hole Damping Sheet strips, interior of cabinets sealed with Loctite Power Grab, AI-1 interface with 1000VA A-L transformer
