B&W DM601 S2 opinions? Worth it?

Saw these on CL near me for $200. Was thinking of picking them up just for the heck of it. Maybe I'll use them in the garage or donate them to one of the kids' bedrooms. Are they worth it?

    They msrp at 450.00 so 200.00 isnt too outrageous if in good shape and all drivers function properly. I owned the 610i which i believe employ the same tweets. The kevlar woofer is pretty smooth. I think they would make excellent HT speakers that are good for music too.

    I have a pair of DM601 sitting in my basement. I think $150 would be a good price, not much more.
