The "old" in my title could refer to the hi-fi or the guys/people (or both)! :- )

Note that the parent site is itself a treasure trove of scans of very vintage radio/TV broadcasting publications: http://www.americanradiohistory.com
This is a really nice adjunct to some already-extant resources at

If you haven't perused it, you should take a look at the tremendous (and free) on-line resource of materials at Pete Millett's site www.tubebooks.org -- specfically:
http://www.tubebooks.org/technical_books_online.htm#Audio (hi-fi, amplifiers, speakers...)
I only see one specific item on the Williamson circuit, though. Perhaps not surprisingly, it's an article by David "ultralinear" Hafler (a/k/a David "Dynaco" Hafler) :- )
http://www.tubebooks.org/file_downloads/modernize_your_williamson.pdf
Ego-centric, gratuitous aside: the Williamson circuit was (is) all right...
My very first ever hifi amp was a Williamson (EICO) -- a long, long time ago :- )
