It started snowing around 5am this morning, and has not yet stopped. It is still going strong, we are up to 6-7 inches of snow! This is pretty cool!

That's because you are still in the "playing in it" age bracket. If you had to work through conditions like that, you'd have a different perspective.

    Russ,
    I'm trying!

    Actually I dont like snow...

I'm in the more of...THANK GOD I DONT HAVE TO GO TO SCHOOL BRACKET!

I like to play in the snow...when it actually STOPS snowing so you can actually win the snow ball fight, instead of the snow winning.

So, you wanna send some of that my way? It's been in the high 30s, low 40s. Everything that was snow, is now ice...yipee.

I'm in that bracket and I can honestly say that I LOVE SNOW!

I love being the first car down the street in the snow, I love fishtailing around turns! I love the sound the snow makes getting crushed under my tires! I love running the snow blower or even shoveling the snow! I love going sledding! SNOW RULES!

Now before anyone goes saying anything off the cuff, I have worked in snow. I've done construction, driven trucks and even fixed cars/pulled parts in a junkyard in the snow. I've been there, done that and every time it snows, I can't wait to get in the truck, find the nearest parking lot and lay down a donut or two!

I wish it was snowing here. It's just cold and humid.

If anyone wants snow, you can have some of mine. We had the worst storm in history last week, getting 38" of it (Halifax, Nova Scotia). I couldn't leave my street for three days, and they even had a curfew from 10PM-6AM for two nights. Pedestrians and cars were banned from the streets so they could try and clean up.

I'm only 16 and have never driven in the snow, but I definitely like it when Dad let's the rear end sling around in the snow and ice! If I can manage to get the '68 Camaro I want, I'll be doing it on the pavement!

If my car payments weren't as high as most people's mortgages, I'd do the same. ;)

We got a few inches of snow down here a couple weeks back. The last time I remember it snowing that much was better than 10 years ago. Seems like in the 70's and 80's we got a good bit of snow every year. We made snow men and the like. With the last snow, my daughter saw her first snow man. She's eight. Must be that "global warming" thing.

Please update us every 30 minutes on the local snow conditions. I need to know exact, to the millimeter, measurements for a poll I am supporting for Fox news. Hopefully they will drive down there and interview you. :)

I too love the snow. I love getting out in my 4x4 and pulling people out of the snowbanks, riding around on my quad, and using my tractors to move the snow. IMO, Indiana hasn't had enough for this winter yet.

    Bring on the snowstorm!

I don't NEED snow to do that. I can drive like an idiot any time. It's just alot noisier without the snow.

    Mark,
Currently we have anywhere from 2 feet, to 9 inches of snow. Varries area to area...

The snow is deep, and we like it! The neighborhood kids are making snow balls bigger than theirself, they just dont expect that a ball bigger than them actually can weigh more as well, this one kid was rolling a huge snow ball up a slight slope...and lets just say the ball went with gravity instead of muscle ;)

LOL I know, but being 16 and still having a learner's permit, I kinda want to be inconspicuous and generate less noise! But it is a lot better knowing you have enough power to do it without the snow! I'm going to start a poll, when I have time, to see what kind of cars y'all have/want. That'd be interesting...

That's nothing. I just spent the last 6 days up at Mammoth Mountian, CA. It snowed 5 of those 6. The worst, or best for us skiers, 3' of fresh powder between Tuesday and Wednesday. Took me 30+ minutes to dig the van out. But, fun none-the-less, seeing that I only visit the white stuff.

    Peace Out~:D
