I have the opportunity to sell my brand new PSW505 and buy a used Paradigm PS1200 and essentially break even. Any opinions?

Go For It. The Paradigm goes down to 21Hz!! The only negative thing ont he sub is 200 Watts compared to the Polk 300. You decide whats more important: Low End Punch or Watts. But then again the PSW505 is not bad either at 28Hz...you might not see much of a difference. Is the Paradigm coming with a warranty? How long has it been used? Any scratches/dents?

You should also listen to both and take which ever one sounds best to you. The PS1200 should excell in movies compared to the PSW505 but I'm not to sure about music.
