New forum idea??

We all know how bad the search functions are around these parts, and I got to thinking that it might not be a bad idea to have a section dedicated to equipment reviews written by forum membership. It would make finding these gems easier and help highlight opinions of different gear, and eliminate the repetitive nature of many posts seeking opinions on various pieces of gear.

    Good idea John, a section for member reviews, I like it. Given that we changed one broke forum for another with "like" buttons, anything would be helpful.

    Nice idea John. For those of you trying to search the forum, I am back using google. So for finding threads about LSiC XO mods... I add the site designation after my google search term for example "lsic mod site:http://forum.polkaudio.com" without the quotes. Not the best, but it let me find the nuggets I needed.

    With all the gear swapping going on and the lack of a showcase section, this would appear to be a no-brainer kind of thing IMHO>

    As was updating the old Vbulletin to something useful but yet we got "fisher Price" on a budget sort of thing.
