I just love the looks of this speaker. I believe pioneer also had a couple that looked like this as well. Just rare to see one in general so sharing the link. I have never heard one.

The Pioneer has TAD drivers and certainly ought to be superb.

FWIW, I have a pair of Pioneer HPM-1100s (EDIT: which, actually, aren't half-bad loudspeakers; three way with well-made cone drivers and that goofy HPM super-tweeter that may or may not actually do anything!) -- with woofers that are essentially the ur version of those TAD 15" woofers... which were, rather obviously, "inspired" by the classic 15" JBL monitor woofers :- )

Those are one of 2 pairs my buddy's shop still have in stock. They had like 20 pairs in stock at one point and have slowly dwindled down to that pair and a second pair that are still in the boxes.

Love them and would own a pair if I ever won the lottery (or could afford to have them as my primary 2 channel pair).
