Another Friday night incident

On Friday night, after a week of work BS and stress, along with hitting the gym, I like to kick back, drink beer, and listen to the stereo. For whatever reason, it seems as if every time something weird happens (audio or otherwise) it happens on Friday night after a few beers.
For example, one Friday night I am in the recliner listening to music when I start hearing this strange screeching noise. It turns out the flexible water tube connected to the bottom of the toilet tank blew out, and water was just screaming into the bathroom, which is down the hall on the right side.
Another Friday, the right speaker died. Turns out a spade popped off the positive terminal.
Another Friday, my right Cambridge-Audio 840W amp died, with a valid failure.
Another Friday, I broke my right S5 speaker.
Last night, my right Pass X600.5 amp died. I powered it off/on, reset the power cord, and checked the circuit breaker. No help, so I moved into the HT/surround system. This morning I was hoping like crazy the fuse had blown, since Pass supplies spares. Before I pulled the 150 lb amp out of the rack to check the fuse I straightened up the power cables under the rack. Each amp is connected to a Shunyata Cyclops, and each Cyclops attaches to a dedicated circuit. Anyway, while futzing with the Cyclops I thought was attached to the left amp, I hear a boing and the right amp powered on. Believe me, I was happy to see that.
I guess I need to stop listening to the stereo on Friday, and only on Saturday.

Since Skip passed, could I be next in line? haha.
Anyhow. Nothing drives me crazier than dealing with anything that does not work as designed. Coming from the software industry, I am practically crazy every day. haha

Sorry for "them days". Mine is tomorrow, same every year at this time. A fun day with "cousin Eddie" and that whole group...

Blue, I know it may not seem funny at the time but this cracks me up and, believe me, this happens to everyone. Well, maybe not every Friday night after a few beers. I'm glad you didn't have a problem with the amp._____________________________________________________________________________________________

It is funny, in a black humor type of way. With electronics, anything can break at anytime, but this consistent pattern of things occurring when I am not in a frame of mind to deal with it is irritating.
Keiko is somewhat correct with PFB syndrome, at least for the amp issue, and breaking my S5. My rack and gear weigh over 800 lbs, and I use it as a piece of exercise gear after a few beers. I hurt my lower back sometime ago, and have been trying like crazy over the years to rehabilitate it. The brewskis have me relaxed, and, while lying on the floor, I will hold onto the center support pole and pull my legs over my head and bring my feet under the rack. This really stretches out the lower back, and allows me to apply force to areas of the back. Apparently, while doing this I disturbed the Cyclops for the right amp, which at the time I thought was for the left amp.
