Quick PC monitor question

So, I know zero about PC monitors. I've been shopping and came on this one today. Yay or nay? I'm not looking to spend much more, from what I understand to get into a high end monitor I'm looking at four bones or more.... What do you guys think?

well, personally I would prolly buy it.
big con is no HDMI input other than pretty nice.
and the EGG gave it 5/5 eggs with 14 reviews. and they are wanting

50" plasma for pc gaming lol. Not sure if it be too much. But cool non the less. I know when I had a 32", I had to take 4 steps back lol.
