Which Center will go with my RTI4

Hi all! I am new to this site. I hope to get some help.
I purchase a set of Rti4 I love them to death.
Need to get a center channel for my new system that i am building piece by piece.
There are a view center channel speakers from Polk Audio. I want to know which one will sound best with what I have now.
My first option is the CSIa6 ( I am waiting on boxing day sales to get this)

    Csi3 is Polks recommendation.
Oh, Listen here mister. We got no way of understandin' this world. But we got as much sense of this bird flyin in the sky. Now there is a lot that bird don't know, but it don't change the fact that the world is happening to him all the same. What I am tryin to say is, is that the course of your life, well its changing, and you don't even see it- Forest Bondurant

The CSiA6 is just a better looking CSi5. Where as the CSiA4 is the new Csi3. Any of these will work for you. But we usually suggest going BIG on the center. So the A6 or pervious 5 will do you. You might be able to find the CSi5 cheaper since it's out of production?

  • LovinMyPolks - I just purchased a new set of RTi4s from Polk's Ebay Direct Store (in black). They are just phenomenal speakers for the price I paid and they sound wonderful. I love them, too! I was afraid they might be on the tad "small" side (coming from dual 6.5" LCR-type speakers for my mains/cc), but boy do they ever play "big." I also love how detailed in the midrange they are. I'm hearing new stuff in my music I've played for years that I didn't hear before I got these Polks! I also purchased the CSi3 center channel and I think it's perfect for my setup, which is basically a 10' x 12' bedroom converted into my hometheater. I couldn't use a bigger center channel in my setup (space limitations), but even if I could have I don't think I would, its that good.

  • thank you for your idea's. I think i will go with CSi5
6.5" speakers fill the room better than 5.25"

Cant wait to get this setup.
