Changed my signature and a question

I added the Fxi A6s to the HT today, here comes the somewhat newb question I ran my room correction with the fronts hooked up to the Adcom, that is the way to do it correct? The A3's and the Fxi A6s were hooked up to the Onkyo along with the subs. I believe I originally ran the room correction with everything hooked up to the Onkyo I never did run it again after hooking the fronts up to the Adcom. I went and got the new Planet of the Apes today on Blu Ray and really like how the Fxi A6s sound as side surrounds over the A3's I am happy they are staying, gonna give it a bit of time but I think I will part with the 2nd set of A3s.

So running my room EQ with the fronts hooked up to the Adcom and the rest to the Onkyo is correct right? I will be getting different stands to raise them up a bit maybe a couple of inches when I do should I run the EQ again after that? Thanks to whoever replies :)

Every time I make a change in my HT setup, no matter how small, I re-run the setup, and tweak as needed. Adding the Adcom to the front makes redoing the calibration a good idea.

    Stevie!!

Glad you got your FXiA6's and are liking them. Yeah, you'll need to run the Odyssey program again with your fronts hooked up to the Adcom and your new speakers in the mix. Then, you'll want to run it again when you put the speakers on the new stands. Heck, I'd even run it again a ways down the road when the new speakers are fully broken in. By then, you may have even adjusted their position in the room a little anyway and a re-calibration would be in order.

I get out the SPL meter if I notice my wife moved the couch a couple of inches!
So, are you willing to put forth a little effort or are you happy sitting in your skeptical poo pile?
