POLK HEADSET

I purchased the headset for my sons birthday for him to used with his xbox one. I read the reviews and was confident that when the headset was registered then a boom mic was automatically sent out. This has not been the case. I have contacted customer services via email on three occasions and explained the the mic is very quiet and my son cannot be heard and have not even received a reply. I have essentially purchased my son a very expensive headset that he cannot use to game with and am disappointed with Polks lack of response regarding the mic.

    Hello,
    Contact Polk's CS department at: 1-800-377-7655 and have the headphone's serial number handy when calling.
    They should have the boom mics available within 7 to 10 days.
