    I kinda wished I hadn't seen your thread as it has been a nightmare
    for me to try to get some speakers ordered.
    Dan at customer service either thinks I'm a dumbass
    or he is a dumbass.
    After calling and going in circles with them thru email since tuesday...
    ...Polk sent me a reminder to use my special offer by Saturday
    I sent this:
    Hi Dan and CS@PA,
    I cannot take advantage of this great sale. There is no place to put in the
    code when logging in and the 703's are in the cart. I assume it is because
    I tried and failed once to place an order. (the problem seemed to be
    between paypal and Polk)

    and got this:
    "Dear John,
    Thank you for reaching out to us.
    Unfortunately, these codes were sent out to existing subscribers on 11/28/2014.
    We are no longer providing any more promo codes for this offer.

    I must say Polk customer service is first rate! I had a similar issue as Redtednugent. I called the extension in Kenneth's PM. A recording told me the extension didn't exist, so I talked to an operator who informed me the extension was 5208 rather than 5802 (must've been an inadvertent transposition in Kennth's PM). I called that extension and left a message and within 5 minutes someone called me back and was very helpful and gracious in assisting me so that I could place an order that apparently went through. Waiting for the confirmation email, but it looks like everything worked out okay. Thanks Polk Audio, Polk customer service, and Kenneth Swauger for all your help and for the wonderful offer!
