PSW110 Ticking and feedback

My PSW110 recently started making some feedback noises when listening to audio. When I unplug the audio cables I hear a "tick tick tick tick" noise. Is the unit fried?

Just noticed my unit is 5 days out of warranty. Wonder if Polk Audio would still honor the warranty since the problems been going on for a couple weeks now but just now looking into it?

Give them a call tomorrow. I'm pretty certain they'll take care of it.

My PSW125 sub. was doing the same thing and they helped me right out...
