Hello and hopefully thanks in advance.
So I got a new AVR last evening hooked it up and my remote a Logitech ultimate worked great.
Today spent some time hooking up the rest of my components and for some reason now it won't control the Yamaha 2040 without a direct line of site.
All my components are in a closet and up till today everything worked just fine.
Can't seem to figure it out, when over the setup about five times. It's like the Yamaha decided it doesn't like IR blaster it works only with RF.
So any ideas?
Cheers
Roger

So what remote did you go with?

Pass. I told the dealer the remote was starting to be erratic, and he had Pass send me a new one. The funny part is after that the first started working correctly. Now I have a spare.
I wish that was how all bad gear issues are resolved.Lumin X1 file player, Westminster Labs interconnect cable

Never hurts to have a spare. And sounds like a good dealer service.
