How well would this receiver work with RTI10 upfront , RTI 4 surround csi5 center and 125 watt sub. Right now I'm using HK254 and a Adcom 5400 running the fronts.

I think it would work good with that set-up, with 5 speakers running it will lower that 125 wpc down a bit but it would work as long as you never crank it up really loud. It has full set of preout if you wanted to upgrade the sound of your 2 front speakers just add a amp to it someday.
Accessories 4less has it at $399 if their not out.
If I was after a AVR I'd buy one right now
just saw your adcom this with the 5008 I think it would be great

yes, as it would help them sound better with the extra power and then the 5008 would have more wpc for the other 3 speakers.
