Yea, that's the store in Green Bay. I've never been there, but they do often sell items online.
My only experience with them was when I called to inquire about two separate 'demo' items on their website, the items were 'no longer available.' So they must not update their website that often.

I also went to buy a Rogue Ares Phono Pre about 2 yrs ago from the demos and they didn't have it anymore.
They sold me a brand new one for the same price.I had to wait like 2 weeks for them to get it from Rogue but i couldn't have been treated better.Main Rig-Realistic AM/FM Record player 8 track boasting 4 WPC

I purchased a Pioneer Elite AVR from them years ago, no worries, but I've read feedback on them from the "Not So Happy" customers.
Just make sure you get what you want, they have a rather steep Return/Restocking Fee that can take all the fun out of buying something new. -
Everybody has "not so happy" customers....just look at Polks own site. A few bad apples shouldn't spoil the whole bushel. Bottom line is they are a legit place to do business. Pay attention to their demo sales, some good deals every so often.HT SYSTEM-

I've been to their B&M store in Green Bay a couple times. I can tell you I was treated differently depending on how I was dressed. First time I wore jeans and a t-shirt. Sales reps completely ignored me. Second time a buddy wanted to audition some Gallos they had on the floor. I "dressed up" and was treated very well. Rep let us listen to our own demo material, moved speakers around ect. This was a few years back, so I can't say if it is still the same. They are a legit business though.
