Price check on aisle 5! What's a fair price for these McIntosh monos?

I'm asking about the MC-2100 monos . . . I am not familiar with Mc

    The 2100 is not their best work, but it is still a Mac. I think closer to 1200 would be a better value, but they are also pretty old, so keep a recap cost in mind and being Mac, that will not be cheap.

    For the record - the MC-2100 was a stereo power amp (although indeed bridgeable to ca. 200 watts mono). I have one; it is not a good sounding amplifier relative to my tastes. I keep it, as noted in the first response to the question, because folks will pay pretty large sums of money for anything branded McIntosh (i.e., it's part of my rainy day fund-in-waiting).

    I think they typically go for 400 to 600 a pop (last I knew), depending on physical condition and degree of electronic rehab that's been performed.
