    I used to live on the west side of Rochester.
    Buffalo always got hammered. Their location between the lakes
    means they always will get a lot more snow.
    Like all storms everywhere, they tend to follow paths.
    Kinda like the the strip south of OKC that always gets
    hit by tornadoes. And of course developers
    filled that area with new homes over the last decade.
