My sound bar sound goes off

Hi can anyone tell me if this is a serious issue as my sound bar that I just purchased few months ago, the sound goes off automatically and I have to shut off the sound bar and on again to have It working and this happen very frequently. This isn't a good experience and I'm not impressed with this product.

    Welcome to Polk's forum. It is possible the auto on/off function is not working correctly or the incoming source signal needs to be increased. Give Polk's CS department a call at 1-800-377-7655 or send them an email to; polkcs@polkaudio.com and they'll get you straightened out.
