Playing Mono LPs with Interconnect cable connected on SDA 1c

Does anyone have any knowledge of that this would do to the sound? Would both sets of drivers in each speaker be playing the same signal or would there still be some effect be applied to the music? Is there any benefit or disadvantage in doing so? Thanks for any input you may have.

Unless the receiver/pre has simulated-stereo option.
It still won't be like a stereo recording but it kinda gives some stereo feeling.

Mono recordings played back on SDA's still sound like mono recordings to my ears.

I would think since the Dimensional Drivers are designed to eliminate crosstalk at the designed frequencies that they simply would not output any sound at those frequencies (mid range) and they would only output lower (bass) frequencies to complement the sub bass radiator. Yes they would both output mono, the same.

Every surround or cross-talk elimination device I know of requires a difference between the left signal and the right signal in order to process it. No difference, no magic.
