There is something about Willie Nelson that just puts you in such a cool state of mind. I was listening to Pearl Jam at work and it just wasn't cutting it for me. Not that there is anything wrong with Pearl Jam but it just wasn't doing it for me. I went rummaging through a box in my office and found a forgotten "The Essential Willie Nelson". I guess I am not a hard core Willie fan but I do enjoy his music from time to time. Today is one of those times.
The morning just seems better, the coffee smoother, and I am still getting good work done (except for posting on the Polk Forums). I can really get into this;

I like Willies "Milk Cow Blues" album too."Make a man a fire and he'll be warm for a day. Light
a man on fire and he'll be warm for the rest of his life." -
In all seriousness, he was (and to some extent still is) a talented, effortless singer. He is also an outstanding songwriter -- he wrote Patsy Cline's anthem, Crazy, for cryin' out loud!
