if i bi amp my 800 what restance would my amps see 16ohm each or something else

    Goinggonzo, if you BI WIRE your 800s your amp will still see the same resistance(normaly 4 ohms) for that speaker. I know that polk says they are 8 ohms but if you check them with a meter they will read 4 or slightley higher. On the other hand if you BI AMP your speakers you will get app 16 ohms at the tweeter and if I rember right 6 ohms at the drivers.
    If your still not sure get a good multimeter and experment a little yours may differ a little from mine but shouldent be off by much. If it helps Im useing the rt55i wich uses the same driver and crossover as your 800s so like I said it should be the same.
