Polk, fix this - please!

I had been away from this forum for a while, and when I decided to step back in, it was around the time that the forum upgrade was announced. Cool, I thought.
I mostly lurked after it was rolled out, and went back and forth with my opinion. Clearly, it did not meet the expectations of the user community. My opinion now, is that I could learn to live with it, but it still needs some work. I may or may not continue to hang here on occasion and provide free advice to new or potential Polk customers, which I've done a lot of over the years, in between random musings and contributions to the Clubhouse insanity.
I have a request for something that needs to be fixed immediately, and this one is really bad, IMO. The Customer Service subforum needs to be cleaned up or taken down! It's full of discussions between mods/Polk insiders that obviously were not meant for public viewing. A lot of it looks like behind the scenes discussions. I came across this accidentally, as I noticed my username was one of the thread titles... Fortunately, no snarky remarks about me or my stupid sense of humor... Anyone want Al's (kab's) cell #? It's in there. Ok, it was posted 7 years ago, but maybe he hasn't changed it. Also, some not very flattering comments about some members. Just doesn't seem right.

Well, it's certainly no less weird around here... Wish I could have swung up there! My life got a bit crazy for a bit, which prevented me from even considering it. Sounds like it was good times, and I'd def make the drive another time.
