One thing that really bothers me is the way notifications work. If a thread I'm being notified on gets 12 different updates since the last time I've checked in, I have 12 notifications to scroll through. Personally, I think it would be much better to see one notification telling me that there have been 12 updates to the thread.
That way, if I'm receiving notifications on multiple threads, it becomes much less confusing to figure out where your notifications are pointing you.
