Hi, I have a pair of LSi25´s. One of them needs a new tweeter and the other speaker that has a good tweeter shuts off the tweeter at about half volume and resets it. I believe I need a rebuilt crossover in that speaker? Can anyone please help. Thank you.

Half volume of what, a pre amp, an AVR?
It seems you are pushing your gear too hard causing it to send clipped signals to your speakers, which will in turn cause damage to the tweeters and/or the high frequency circuit of the crossovers.Political Correctness'.........defined

Right on.....does that model utilize poly switches?? Clipped HF signal triggering it? -

Inadequate amplification then....you had better isolate the cause, otherwise you will be going through the same thing all over again....you did not mention what gear you are running.....

I bought them as Demo speakers. They were already like this when I purchased them. I use Adcom and Carver Amps on my system. All DTS and THX ceritified.
