  • I've enjoyed it for years. They did take a number of them off the site when they sold it to cable TV so the only place for those episodes are on Youtube. My favorites are both Todd Rundgren episodes, the one at his Hawaii home is killer. I also like Diane Birch, Mayer Hawthorne, and Allen Stone. I think that it is great that Darryl is giving back in this way to the future of music by pairing with new talents that he admires.

If anyone hasn't watched it yet, please do. livefromdarylshouse.com/The quality of recording is top notch too.

Love this show too and recently got the wife into it. I asked myself the same questions, why haven't they released cd's of the music ? They really all do jam well together.

Haven't seen but a few of them and liked what I saw/heard. Funny thing is, I never liked Hall and Oates. I wouldn't have guessed his tastes would be so broad.

Even of your not a fan of Hall, the other artists on the show, the concept of the show, them singing each others music or just music both artists enjoy, I like a lot. Even the artists are diverse like they had cee lo on and that was also enjoyable. I wish after this long they would release something.

The other night the guy from train was in and besides the Hall & Oats song wait for me ( great version from the both of them) they did papa was a rolling stone and again I thought it sounded good. After that I wanted to hear that version of Wait for me again and thought why havent they released this stuff?

I have watched the show for a few years now and still enjoy the re-runs. Also agree on the Joe and Tod!

  • He just turned 68 years old the other day, the guy does NOT look like he's 68 years old.

I swear in 40 years 100 year old will look like that at this rate.
