I'm the second owner of this unit, Paul (hochpt21) sold it to me in this thread:

I bought it to test out SACD playback versus my Marantz SA8004, and in full disclosure I did like the Marantz better and so will be keeping it and therefore I'm selling the Oppo. My review of the Oppo versus the Marantz is here:

I don't have any pics, but that didn't stop me from buying it from Paul three minutes after he listed it! As Paul's listing says, it's in mint condition, all original factory materials and packaging.

    Sorry it didn't pan out for you. But, you've invested a bit of money in your education, which is never lost. :)

    If I hadn't just spent a bit on three PS Audio DACs, I'd probably try to extend the comparisons to those units. But can't do it now.

    I hope the Oppo sells quickly, as I'm sure it will. It is a fine CD/SACD-universal player. probably, the best value on the market, especially at the price you're offering and with the "Polkie" pedigree that it has.
