Select the messages one at a time and on the right side you should see "delete conversation", or something like that. No quick way to do it.
In my case every PM I ever had came back with the new forum, even though many had been deleted years ago. -

Did the same here. Deleted all the time & now there back. Not sure if they get full now because i havent played around with the new set up. Stinks..

I have no idea how to even find the PM's anymore. Wherever they are, having fifteen years worth come back all at once isn't going to be good.
