I heard the original versions.....no better than regular Home depot cable. Obviously there is a version 2 and now a 3, so who knows.

I never had my ears on any Anticables cables until now. I decided to try their top tier digital cable. I figured what the heck, priced right & comes with a 30 day return policy. Well I didn't know what to expect so I went into this with an open mind & of course ears. I've had the cable for approx. 6 wks now & I must say it is without a doubt keeper!!! And that's putting it mildly. The combination of the silver/gold conductor & the Eichmann silver bullet plugs are simply a win-win in design & flat out musicality as far as I'm concerned. Do yourself a favor & think outside the box & give the speaker cables a try, with their return policy you have nothing to lose. I also think a lot of guys automatically assume that it's all magnet wire...read up on it on their site. It sounds like it couldn't be farther from the truth. For instance my cable has the trade mark red coating yet has no copper in it.

I always got a kick out of anticables marketing theory. It's like reverse psychology. Here is a barebones, minimalist wire we can make for a few bucks, now give us $300 for a pair!
