Parasound 275

Hey all,
Has anybody used or using the Parasound 275? I am thinking about getting one to drive
My CS350 and future Csia6. I would have had a 1205 but somebody beat me to it grrr.

They are so skinny from the pictures lol(expected) and not a while lot of info on them as well.
200w @ 8ohm bridged mono. Figured it would be great for the center channel and have my AVR drive the rears.

Parasound 275- CS350- Csia6
Parasound 1200II- RT16- Rtia7

Think that would be a decent front setup?
Or should the Parasound hca-750 be better for the center?

Any info is always great appreciated!!!

    Can't say about that model. I can say I will always be a fan of Parasound though. The 1200II I had for a while delivered serious tone and while some say they run hot, mine barley got warm, and I like it loud. ( a problem I am working on ). So while I can't say which would be better (that's one for the pros here) I will high five ya on either of those amps! Keep us posted as to which one you go with and the results!

    Thanks, I currently use the 1200II and absolutely could NOT live without it lol.

    It just seems like my center needs more power.
    When watching movies,tv. It is just "off" sonically. It's not the calibration/EQ.
    Not as transparent as my RT16 with the 1200II as I would like.

    Don't get me wrong, everything sounds fantastic and all. I would like a equal front stage cable/power. More less I think it's the rabbit hole, sucking me in.

    But it would be nice to have the front stage electronics be on par for the future Rtia setup(hopefully by end of year).

    These 275 have just started hitting eBay a lot and was interested.

    I am a recent Parasound convert. I picked up a HCA 800ii on eBay for less then $100. I paired it with a CArver CT-24 pre and they run my Monitor 10's in my bed room.... I love that amp. Been thiking about trying to get one with more juice. Like the 1000 or the 1200. Glad to hear those are highly thought of around here. Sorry for the tangent and not contributing.
