I'm not sure what is causing the problems you're experiencing. It seems to work for me. Anybody else have trouble loading the page I've linked above?

I get a 404 after attempting to log in as well.
Specifically on http://registration.polkaudio.com/account/

Ah I see why, your http page is not properly forwarding to https. As a workaround have people use https://registration.polkaudio.com/support/account/

This should be the URL if you already have an account:

I do have an account. Sometimes the URL above works and sometimes not. When it is working and I sign in I get another 404 Error, The requested URL / account/ cannot be found on this server. There must be a server problem going on.

Okay, I'll refer this to Polk's CS guys who can make sure the website knows the problem.
